Ely Manor in Allegan, MI seeks an RN Unit Manager to lead daily operations of a nursing unit. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensure safe, resident-centered care, and maintain compliance with regulations and facility policies.

Formación

• BSN preferred; bachelor-level nursing degree.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in long-term care or post-acute setting.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory/management experience.
• Current, active RN license in the state of employment; CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees nursing care provided by RNs, LPNs, and CNAs/STNAs.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities per policies and laws.
• Interview, hire, train staff; plan and direct workflow.
• Prepare evaluations and manage staffing, breaks, and rotations.
