Job summary

Aria Nursing and Rehab in Michigan is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead daily operations on a nursing unit. You will oversee nursing care, mentor staff, and ensure safe, resident-centered care in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• RN leadership and supervisory abilities are required.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in long-term care or post-acute settings is preferred.
• 1 year in a supervisory/management role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing care provided by RNs, LPNs, and CNAs/STNAs.
• Performs supervisory responsibilities in line with policies and laws.
• Interviews, hires, trains staff; plans and directs workflow; creates work assignments.
• Receives calls and arranges replacements for absent staff; transfers staff between units.
