Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing and have at least 2 years of related experience.
• Current Michigan RN license; CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and analytical abilities to develop resident care plans and address complex care needs.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with residents and families.
• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• Instruct the team on skilled care processes and serve as clinical resource.
• Ensure completion of required reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management).
• Supervise nursing staff including direction, training, and evaluations.
