Responsabilités

• Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical care on the assigned unit.
• Ensure residents receive high‑quality, compassionate, and individualized nursing care.
• Review and oversee resident care plans, ensuring accuracy and implementation.
• Conduct routine rounds to monitor care, staff performance, and unit operations.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care.
• Participate in care plan meetings and communicate with residents and families as needed.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on the unit.
• Mentor nursing staff and foster teamwork, accountability, and professional communication.
• Support staffing assignments, scheduling, and nursing coverage.
