Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This role oversees daily nursing operations on the assigned unit, ensuring quality resident care and supporting staff.

The RN Unit Manager will lead care planning, assessments, and clinical documentation, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for a positive, resident-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold PA RN license in good standing.
• Experience supervising a nursing team is required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on the assigned unit.
• Oversee delivery of safe, high-quality resident care.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Assist with care planning, assessments, and clinical documentation.
