Job summary

Medilodge of Zeeland seeks an experienced Unit Manager (RN) for full-time leadership of the resident care team. You will oversee nursing care plans, coordinate with physicians, and guide LPNs/CNAs to deliver safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Valid RN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing care plans for residents.
• Assess and document residents' condition and nursing needs.
• Implement physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
• Assign nursing tasks to team members based on resident needs and qualifications.
• Supervise and evaluate LPNs and CNAs; administer medications and start IVs as needed.
• Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel.
• Support physicians with tests and procedures within state scope of practice.
