Cadia Healthcare is seeking an RN Unit Manager for our Renaissance facility in Millsboro, DE. The role focuses on supervising nursing staff and coordinating daily clinical operations to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license in DE or a compact state and CPR certification, with supervisory or long-term care experience preferred. We offer a broad benefits package and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• RN license active in DE or compact state
• Current CPR certification
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Long-term care experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties and charting, and maintain EMR records
• Review documentation in the electronic health record for accuracy
• Notify and coordinate with residents, families, and providers on admissions and care plans
• Collaborate with Pharmacy to order/reorder resident medications including narcotics
• Review audit and dashboards for documentation completeness and accuracy
• Participate in an on-call schedule

Education

RN license (active in DE or compact)

CPR certification
