Job summary

Milton Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager to lead the nursing unit, oversee daily operations, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will guide a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to deliver resident-centered care across shifts, while maintaining high care standards.

The role requires an active PA RN license, 2–3 years of SNF/LTC experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Active PA Registered Nurse license required.
• Minimum 2–3 years nursing experience, preferably in SNF/LTC.
• Prior leadership roles (e.g., Charge Nurse) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MDS, regulations, and care planning.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Clinical leadership: supervise, mentor, and evaluate unit nurses.
• Oversee development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and residents about care changes.
• Participate in wound care, infection control, and incident investigations.
