Job summary

Milton Nursing & Rehab, now under new ownership, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our clinical team on the nursing unit in Milton, PA.

You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, develop care plans, and partner with physicians and families to deliver high-quality resident care.

Competitive salary range $99k-$104k+ with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, sick time, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Current, active PA state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC).
• Previous leadership experience (e.g., Charge Nurse, Supervisor) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MDS, state/federal regulations, and care planning.
• Exceptional communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate unit nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and adherence to care plans.
• Oversee development and implementation of individualized care plans and regular assessments.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and residents regarding care options and changes in condition.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Managerto lead our clinical team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and guiding a team of nurses (LPNs, CNAs) to provide the highest quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Leadership:Supervise, mentor, and evaluate unit nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and adherence to care plans.
