You will supervise staff, conduct rounds, coordinate with physicians and families, and ensure smooth discharge education while maintaining HIPAA standards and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care, inpatient, or palliative environments advantageous.
• Proficient with computers and EHR platforms.

Responsabilités
