Aviata Health Group in Pensacola, FL is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead nursing staff on the assigned unit and ensure quality resident care. This role emphasizes staff development, adherence to care plans, and collaboration with families to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has 3+ years of nursing experience (including 1 year in nursing administration), and is committed to building a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience; 1 year in nursing administration.
• Compassionate and dedicated to a job well done.

Mansioni

• Managing staffing needs and supervision for nursing staff delivering direct resident care.
• Assist in staff development.
• Provide direct resident care per established plans.
• Supervise Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants.
• Conduct and document comprehensive data collection of residents' medical status on admission and throughout treatment.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring nursing staff.
• Monitor compliance with resident record documentation requirements.
• Coordinate staffing schedules for adequate coverage.
• Ensure compliance with resident rights policies and resolve grievances with families and staff as needed.
• Complete Preceptor Training.
