Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Florida.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience; at least 1 year in nursing administration.
• Strong leadership and patient care coordination skills.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and manage unit operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing needs and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Assist in staff development and training.
• Provide direct resident care per established plans.
• Supervise Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants.
• Complete and document data collection on admission and ongoing status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Recruiting and hiring nursing staff.
• Monitor compliance with resident record documentation requirements.
• Coordinate staffing schedules for adequate coverage.
• Ensure compliance with resident rights policies and resolve grievances.
• Complete Preceptor Training.
• Drive improvements in systems and processes to achieve superior results.
