Job summary

CareOne at Wall is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, and clinical care on a designated unit in Wall, NJ. You will supervise licensed nurses and CNAs, ensure compliance with policies, and coordinate care plans for residents.

Candidates should hold an active RN license with LTC or acute care experience and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. The role offers competitive salary and benefits within a compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• Must be an actively licensed RN in the assigned state.
• Two years of long-term care supervisory experience preferred.
• Acute care experience is a plus for clinical oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree or RN program graduate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day staffing to meet shifts and resident needs.
• Lead and participate in weekly resident meetings and PPS meetings.
• Ensure documentation, care plans, and policy compliance across the unit.
• Monitor consent, orders, and medications; provide direct nursing care when needed.
• Participate in continuing education and staff performance evaluations.
