Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN licensure required/preferred.
• Two years of LTC experience or related supervisory background.
• Active RN license in assigned state(s) of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily staffing for each shift to ensure adequate resident care.
• Attend and lead clinical reviews, PPS meetings and QA activities.
• Monitor nursing care, documentation and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate education and staff development with the Facility Educator.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and safety with infection control procedures.
