You will supervise nurses and nurse aides, participate in daily clinical meetings, ensure accurate documentation, and support quality improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance and resident-focused care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience required.
• Supervisor experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nurses and nurse aides on the unit.
• Participate in daily clinical meetings with the nurse management team.
• Implement and interpret organizational policies.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings.
