Apploi in Florida is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure residents receive the highest level of care and service. This full-time role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and improving resident outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

The position offers a sign-on bonus of $8000 and opportunities for ongoing education, leadership development, and a collaborative team environment focused on exceptional resident care.

Qualificações

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and survey process.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily operations of an assigned nursing unit.
• Supervise, coach, and support licensed nurses and nursing assistants.
• Coordinate resident care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions.
• Conduct staff education and performance evaluations.
• Investigate and resolve resident, family, and staff concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered care environment.
