Qualifications

• RN license in the state of employment is required.
• BSN preferred and relevant supervisory experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing care provided by RNs, LPNs and CNAs/STNAs.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities per policies and laws.
• Interviews, hires and trains employees.
• Plans, assigns and directs workflow; creates assignment sheets.
• Schedules breaks and adjusts staff rotation to ensure safety.
• Receives and resolves employee complaints; monitors performance.
• Disciplining employees as needed and managing staffing levels.
