Responsibilities
- Care Needs & Planning: develop and update care plans; support hands-on care.
- Assessments: complete admission/discharge and other assessments.
- Triage & Interventions: manage acute changes and coordinate with physicians/families.
- Regulatory Standards: ensure compliance with health/safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: audit documentation and care for quality/compliance.
- Family & Team Liaison: communicate changes to families and collaborate with team.
- Team Oversight & Mentorship: train staff and manage schedules.
