Qualifikationen

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years of managerial experience and proven leadership skills a plus.
• Experience caring for residents in acute or long-term care.
• Must possess a current CPR license.

• Leads daily operations of assigned unit to ensure quality care and compliance with nursing standards.
• Oversees day-to-day care and maintains restorative health for residents.
• Develops and implements resident care plans as needed.
• Evaluates and meets the care needs of each resident.
• Supervises and counsels nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborates with Director of Nursing and physicians to plan resident care.
• Identifies procedural problems and works to resolve issues.
• Directs clinical nursing practices and engages in clinical activities.
• Serves as main point of contact between residents and families.
• Performs audits, charting, evaluations, and administrative tasks.
