Job summary

Evergreen in Michigan is seeking a Unit Manager RN to coordinate clinical care on a 24-hour unit within a comprehensive care center. You will supervise the nursing team, conduct rounds, and ensure quality care using the latest technologies as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, an active Michigan RN license with CPR-BLS, and strong analytical and customer service skills to deliver compassionate, innovative care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse License in Michigan; CPR-BLS certification.
• High level of analytical ability to develop personalized care plans and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the nursing team, provide direction and assignments, offer training, and participate in evaluations.
• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• Instruct team on skilled care processes and serve as clinical resource.
• Ensure completion of required reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality mgmt).
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in interactions with residents, families and visitors.
