Job summary

Cascade Senior Care Center in Jackson, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Manager to coordinate clinical care on an assigned unit within our 24-hour operation and lead an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality, compassionate care for residents.

You will supervise nursing staff, conduct rounds, and support care plan development while promoting regulatory compliance and excellent patient service; this role offers rotating shifts and opportunities to grow within the EPIC team.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse License in Michigan; CPR-BLS certification.
• Analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and develop nursing solutions.
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing team, provide direction and assignments, train staff, and conduct evaluations.
