Job summary
Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healing Center is seeking a Unit Manager in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This full-time role leads nursing operations on the unit and ensures residents receive comprehensive, person-centered care.
Qualifications include NJ RN license, BLS, 5+ years of nursing experience, and 2+ years of supervisory experience. The position offers daily pay and a competitive hourly rate of $45–$52 with robust benefits.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
- Valid BLS certification (CPR) required.
- Minimum of five years of nursing experience.
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations on the assigned unit.
- Coordinate resident care to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.
- Ensure timely incident reporting with follow-up to leadership.
- Participate in facility committees and programs.
- Assist in policy development, implementation and evaluation.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff.
- Monitor care plans, regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for resident-centered care.
