Job summary
Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healing Center in New Jersey seeks an experienced Unit Manager (RN) to lead nursing operations on an assigned unit and ensure comprehensive, person-centered resident care.
Qualified candidates have a NJ RN license, BLS, and at least five years of nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities. The role offers full-time, on-site work with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Must possess an active NJ RN license.
- BLS Certification (CPR) required.
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a nursing setting.
Responsibilities
- Assume full responsibility for resident care on the assigned unit.
- Oversee and coordinate resident care to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.
- Ensure timely incident reporting with follow-up to the Administrator and DON.
- Participate in facility committees and programs as directed by DON.
- Assist in developing and evaluating policies and procedures.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to unit staff.
