The Unit Manager will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure adherence to Meadow Wind policies and federal/state regulations. A positive, collaborative work environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to ensure high-quality care.
• Develop and monitor individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and policies.
• Create and manage staff schedules for adequate coverage.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for staff development.
• Monitor resident outcomes and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Address resident and family concerns promptly and compassionately.
• Participate in QA, infection control, and safety programs.
• Assist with unit budgeting and resource utilization.
