Anchor Post Acute in Aiken, SC invites a seasoned RN Unit Manager to lead a new wing expansion and oversee clinical operations for a responsible nursing team. You will mentor staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain regulatory compliance in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting.

The role requires a current RN license, prior Unit Manager or long-term care leadership experience, and strong Medicare/Medicaid knowledge, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• RN license current and in good standing
• Must have Unit Manager and/or long-term care leadership experience
• Not an entry-level leadership position; SNF management experience required
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
• Ensure the highest quality of resident care
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Complete and oversee clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
• Communicate effectively with residents and families
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence
• Attend morning meetings/stand up to facilitate communications with the team
• Answer residents' questions about their care and plans
