Bonifay Nursing & Rehab Center in Bonifay, FL is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead nursing operations, maintain resident health, and serve as the primary liaison between residents and families.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above in Nursing required.
• Active RN or LPN licensure in the state of practice required.
• 1+ years nursing experience required with Sub-Acute or Long-Term Care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients.
• Acting as the main point of contact between residents and their families.
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members.
