Job summary

Advanced Cc is seeking an experienced RN/Unit Manager in Florida to lead nursing staff and oversee day-to-day unit operations. You will supervise personnel, participate in hiring, ensure consistent practices, and clearly communicate performance expectations to the team.

The role requires a Florida RN/LPN license, geriatrics-focused clinical experience, and strong interpersonal skills to work with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse RN/LPN in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Florida.
• Must have clinical experience, education or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
• Must be able to relate positively and favorably to our customers and families and to work cooperatively with others.
• Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
