Job summary

Aston Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and oversee daily operations in a long-term care setting. You will ensure high-quality, compliant care and mentor staff to promote resident wellbeing.

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will lead nursing staff to deliver exceptional care that truly makes a difference in our residents’ lives.

What You’ll Do

• Provide strong leadership and direction to nursing staff to ensure high-quality, outcomes-focused care

What You Bring
