Hilltop Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center in Mississippi is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead clinical teams and oversee resident care. This full-time role includes mentoring nurses and CNAs, coordinating staffing, and ensuring compliance with care standards in a fast-paced long-term care setting.

The Unit Manager will oversee direct patient care, develop treatment plans, and drive quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience, prefer skilled nursing / long-term care.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership or administrative experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and team development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Direct patient care and treatment planning with adherence to standards.
• Coordinate staffing needs; assist in hiring and staff development.
• Maintain accurate resident documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Address resident and family concerns and protect resident rights.
• Mentor staff and participate in training programs (Preceptor Training).
• Drive quality improvement and implement new processes to improve outcomes.
