Ocean Springs Health and Rehab in Ocean Springs, MS seeks a qualified Unit Manager (RN) to lead nursing staff, supervise CNAs, and ensure high-quality resident care. You will mentor staff, coordinate clinical operations, and uphold regulatory standards in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, at least 3 years of nursing experience with leadership experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience (preferably in skilled nursing/long-term care).
• Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership or administrative experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and team development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Direct patient care and treatment planning with compliance to standards.
• Coordinate and manage staffing needs including hiring support.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Address resident and family concerns and advocate for residents' rights.
• Mentor staff and participate in training programs.
• Drive quality improvement and innovative care processes.
