Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct nursing and patient care for an assigned unit.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with the mission, policies and standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians and rehab to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage HR in the unit, control overtime and agency usage, recruit and orient staff, evaluate performance, and apply disciplinary actions.

Education
