Job summary

Salem Center seeks a Unit Manager/Director - RN to support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care and achieving excellent clinical outcomes on an assigned unit. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate care, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations to maximize patient and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure is required.

Responsibilities
