Job summary

West Chester Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead nursing operations on a designated unit and ensure resident-centered care. This full-time role is supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services and offers a comprehensive compensation package.

You will oversee clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Must hold a current, valid PA RN license.
BLS Certification (CPR) required.
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Minimum five (5) years of nursing experience.
Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience in a nursing setting.

Responsibilities

Assume full responsibility for resident care on the assigned unit.
Oversee and coordinate resident care to support physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.
Ensure incident reporting is timely and communicated to leadership.
Participate in facility committees and implement policies.
Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff on the unit.
Monitor care plans and regulatory compliance to achieve quality outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident-centered care.
