Job summary

Metropolitan Behavioral Health is seeking an RN Unit Manager to provide administrative and clinical supervision across two inpatient units in Dearborn, MI. The role ensures coordinated operations, staff development, and adherence to regulatory standards.

As a working supervisor, you will oversee training, evaluation, and scheduling, while also delivering direct patient care in the inpatient psychiatric programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
• Currently licensed by the State of Michigan as an RN.
• Knowledge of Leadership, Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to nursing staff.
• Coordinate operations with department directors and administration to ensure efficient services.
• Staff scheduling and delegation of duties across two units.
