Job summary

Greenville Post Acute (GPA) in Greenville, SC seeks a compassionate Unit Manager (RN) to lead a resident care unit. You will oversee daily clinical operations, supervise nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote excellent resident outcomes through teamwork and clear communication.

This full-time day-shift role offers 12-hour shifts, competitive hourly pay ($38-$39), and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, PTO with 401(k) match, birthday PTO, loan

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license is required.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.
• Strong understanding of resident care planning and regulatory compliance is important.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations of an assigned resident care unit.
• Ensure residents receive quality care per physician orders and care plans.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff including CNAs and LPNs.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely follow-up on changes.
• Conduct rounds and address concerns of residents, families, and staff.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in care plan meetings.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and survey readiness.
