Greenville Post Acute (GPA) in Greenville, SC, seeks a Unit Manager (RN) to provide clinical leadership and oversee a resident care unit. The role coordinates resident care, supervises nursing staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes exceptional outcomes through effective communication and teamwork.

• Current, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina.
• Supervisory/leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong knowledge of resident care planning, clinical documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinical operations of an assigned resident care unit.
• Ensure residents receive quality care per physician orders and care plans.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff including CNAs and LPNs.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely follow-up on changes in status.
• Conduct rounds and address concerns of residents, families, and staff.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges as needed.
• Review and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in care plan meetings and inter-disciplinary team conferences.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Support survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy staff, families and other departments.
