Brooke Grove Retirement Village in Ashton, MD seeks an RN Unit Manager on a full-time day shift. You will oversee daily unit operations, assist with admissions, coordinate nursing services, and supervise staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid Maryland nursing license.
• RN, BSN preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read/interpret health-care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the unit under the supervision of the ADON/DON.
• Assist charge nurses with admissions and readmissions on day shift.
• Monitor and coordinate nursing services and documentation for safety and quality.
