Job summary
Highland Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Massachusetts is seeking a Unit Manager to lead nursing operations on an assigned unit and ensure resident-centered care. This is a full-time position with hours from 7am to 3pm, offering a pay range of $50-$60 per hour and a sign-on bonus.
The Unit Manager will supervise clinical staff, coordinate resident care, and participate in policy development to sustain high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- MA RN license required
- BLS Certification (CPR) required
- Nursing degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in nursing care settings
Responsibilities
- Assume full responsibility for resident care on the assigned unit.
- Oversee and coordinate resident care to promote highest functioning.
- Ensure incident reporting is timely and accurate with follow-up to leadership.
- Participate in facility committees and programs as directed.
- Assist in policy development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff.
- Monitor care plan compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered care.
