Job summary

Arlington Care Center in Newark, OH is seeking a Full Time RN Unit Manager to assist the DON/ADON in leading nursing services for residents. The role is a Monday–Friday day shift with direct patient care responsibilities and ongoing supervision of nursing staff.

The candidate must be an Ohio-licensed RN with at least 1 year in acute, long-term, or geriatric supervision in a Medicaid/Medicare-certified facility, plus strong computer and communication skills and strict adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered or Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• 1 year of acute care, long term care or geriatric supervisor experience in a Medicaid/Medicare facility.
• Excellent computer and communication skills.
• Follow all established Federal, State and Local rules, regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing, coordinating & evaluation of nursing care services.
• Implement nursing services, standards and resolve resident care issues.
