Arlington Care Center in Newark, OH is seeking a licensed RN Unit Manager for a full-time, weekday day shift. The role supports the DON and ADON in delivering high-quality nursing services to residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold Ohio RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care, long-term care or geriatric supervisor/management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility.
• Excellent computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing, coordinating & evaluating nursing care services for residents.
• Implement nursing services, objectives and standards; resolve resident care issues.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines.
• Ensure confidentiality and privacy rights of residents are observed and enforced.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents in the facility.
