The Unit Manager provides daily leadership, supports clinical operations, mentors staff, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations while aligning with the CARE values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care for all residents on the assigned long-term care unit.
• Provide daily leadership and guidance to licensed nurses and nursing personnel.

• Lead staff development, mentorship, and collaboration across disciplines to improve resident outcomes.
