Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license (active) is required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or unit management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing care and unit operations.
• Complete resident assessments and develop, review, and update care plans.
• Monitor changes in condition and coordinate with physicians and the care team.
• Supervise, coach, and support nurses and CNAs.
• Ensure accurate documentation and follow-through on physician orders.
• Support infection prevention, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with staff onboarding, education, and ongoing development.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
