Qualifications

• Current Maryland RN license at time of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour operational management of the unit.
• Manage expense budgets for assigned clinical programs and staffing to meet census budgets.
• Respond to changes in patient acuity and census and adjust to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Utilize clinical expertise in direct patient care, consultative activities, staff development, and treatment planning.
• Participate in marketing activities and promote teamwork, quality improvement, and customer relations.
• Supervise nursing, rehabilitation services, and support staff.
