PACS seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in managing licensed and non-licensed staff providing 24/7 care. The role includes planning, staffing, and ensuring resident safety while upholding resident rights and quality care.

The ADON will assist with staff training, regulatory compliance, and daily rounds, and may provide direct resident care when needed. Strong leadership and nursing licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Must be in good standing with State Board of Nursing and maintain continuing education/licensing requirements.
• 3–5 years of nurse management experience, preferably in a long-term care facility.

Responsabilités

• Assist DON in planning and supervising nursing staff.
• Develop and implement nursing services policies and procedures.
• Recruit, hire and train nursing staff; assist with appraisals and disciplinary actions.
