Job summary

Litchford Falls Health and Rehab in Raleigh, NC is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in the role of RN Unit Manager. As the RN Unit Manager, you’ll lead our nursing staff to deliver compassionate, high-quality care while upholding our standards of excellence.

You will oversee resident care plans, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, conduct periodic health assessments, mentor staff, train new employees, and respond to emergencies following established protocols.

Qualifications

• RN license in North Carolina, active and unencumbered.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What You'll Do

• Active unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.

• Highly organized and detail oriented.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• This is a salaried/exempt position.
