Guilford Health Care Center in Greensboro, NC is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in the role of RN Unit Manager.

As the RN Unit Manager, you’ll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. Your guidance and support will be pivotal in maintaining our standards of excellence and enhancing the overall patient experience.

What You'll Do

What You Need

• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• This is a salaried/exempt position.
