Job summary

Whites Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Tennessee is seeking a compassionate RN Unit Manager to lead nursing care for residents and coordinate shift tasks, ensuring quality, safety and timely communication with the care team.

This full-time role requires Tennessee RN license and CPR/BLS certification; you will supervise nurse aides, monitor residents, and coordinate care plans with families and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks.
• Supervise nurse aides and monitor assignments.
• Observe residents' conditions and respond as needed.
• Communicate care plan changes with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.

RN Unit Manager Position Summary

As a RN Unit Manager at Whites Creek Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.
• Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.
• Observe residents' conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.
• Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
• Perform other assigned duties as directed by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.

RN Unit Manager Requirements

• Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee
