Job summary

Cordova Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Cordova, TN is seeking a Unit Manager who is a licensed RN or LPN to lead nursing care for residents. You will delegate tasks, supervise aides, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate with the care team to update plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unrestricted RN or LPN license for Tennessee.
• One year nursing home experience for LPN, plus five years as a nurse.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.
• Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.
• Observe residents’ conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.
• Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
• Perform other assigned duties as directed by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.

Unit Manager Position Summary

As a LPN/RN Unit Manager at Cordova Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:
