Job summary

Decatur Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Decatur, TN is seeking a compassionate RN to join our day shift nursing team and deliver resident-centered care within a supportive, team-driven environment.

This full-time position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, DailyPay, PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, free life insurance and a 401(k) with company match, plus a collaborative culture and growth opportunities. Qualifications include Tennessee RN license and CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.
• Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.
• Observe residents’ conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.
• Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
• Communicate care plan changes with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.

RN Position Summary

As a RN at Decatur Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.

• Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.

• Observe residents’ conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.

• Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.

• Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.

• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

RN Requirements

• Current unrestricted RN License for the state of Tennessee

• Current CPR/BLS Certification
