Whites Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Whites Creek, Tennessee, is seeking a compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our care team. You will oversee nursing care for residents, delegate tasks, and guide an interdisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license for Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.
• Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.
• Observe residents’ conditions, oversee and respond as necessary.
• Communicate with patients, family members and the care team about care plan changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in all communications.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.
